Matcha poured over iced milk and strawberry purée

Iced Strawberry Matcha

Ingredients

  • 3g Matcha Ninja Pure Green Tea
  • 50ml hot or cold water
  • 15ml MONIN Strawberry Fruit Mix purée
  • 150ml milk

Method

  1. Whisk together matcha powder and water
  2. Add purée and milk to a glass of ice
  3. Gently pour over prepared matcha

Mango Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 3g Matcha Ninja Pure Green Tea
  • 50ml hot or cold water
  • 30ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade concentrate
  • 20ml MONIN Mango Fruit Mix purée
  • 150ml sparkling water

Method

  1. Whisk together matcha powder and water
  2. Add cloudy lemonade, purée and sparkling water to a glass of ice
  3. Gently pour over prepared matcha

Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 3g Matcha Ninja Pure Green Tea
  • 50ml hot or cold water
  • 150ml milk

Method

  1. Whisk together matcha powder and water
  2. Steam milk
  3. Pour steamed milk into cup and gently pour over prepared matcha

Method

  1. Add water to squeezy bottle container
  2. Add matcha powder
  3. Shake vigorously until combined
  4. Refrigerate, use within 2–3 days
